캄보디아 경제가 중국 돈에 기대고 있다.
카지노, 호텔, 투자, 겉은 투자자지만
속은 온라인 사기, 감금, 폭력. 갱단이다.
그래서 단속하면? 중국 자본이 빠진다.
윗사람들부터 손해난다.
결국
못 잡는 게 아니라 못 건드리는 거다.
